The Golden State Warriors Stun The Oklahoma City Thunder In Game 6

The Western Conference Finals is going to a game 7  as the Golden State Warriors completed a fourth-quarter comeback behind Klay Thompson’s NBA playoff record (10)  threes shocking the Oklahoma City Thunder into a 108-101 loss. Thompson started the Warriors’ late-game surge going 11-18 from three-point range and totaling 41 points, with 17 of them coming in the fourth quarter.

The game was close throughout but Golden State outlasted Oklahoma City. With about 5:00 left to play in the game and down by seven, the defending champs ultimately found their championship swagger to take the series back home to the Bay.

Thompson was the hero of the night, playing like he didn’t want to go home. Hot shooting behind the arc helped the Warriors hang around, preventing the Thunder from taking control of the game.

Game 7 takes place Monday night at Oracle Arena @ 6:00 p.m. deciding who plays the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Finals on Thursday, June 2.
